The admission process at Oak Plains Academy begins when a referring agency or family member contacts us inquiring about our services.
A pre-evaluation is conducted through the presentation of prior clinical history, as well as phone interviews with referral sources, treating professionals and family members to determine appropriate placement in our programs.
Treatment is provided in the least restrictive environment that ensures safety for the patient, leads to a reduction of symptoms, and promotes improvement in functioning.
Services are offered on a non-discriminatory basis to all persons, regardless of race, sex, national origin or principal source of payment.
Oak Plains Academy provides therapeutic behavioral health services to children and adolescents, ages 7–14. If your child is facing challenges living with a psychiatric illness or an autism spectrum disorder, we may be able to help. Call 931-362-4723 today for a confidential, no-cost assessment.
