The admission process at Oak Plains Academy begins when a referring agency or family member contacts us inquiring about our services.
A pre-evaluation is conducted through the presentation of prior clinical history, as well as phone interviews with referral sources, treating professionals and family members to determine appropriate placement in our programs.
Treatment is provided in the least restrictive environment that ensures safety for the patient, leads to a reduction of symptoms, and promotes improvement in functioning.
Services are offered on a non-discriminatory basis to all persons, regardless of race, sex, national origin or principal source of payment.
